Lucilo Vega
Chilo grew up managing a 600-acre ranch and has a background in the agricultural sciences.

David Treas
David is a graduate of the Weathermatic School of Irrigation Design and Water Management.

William Diel
Bill has a background in horticulture, pest control and business management.
